Simran supports the Consulting Team in preparing and analysing R&D tax claims. With a background in finance and economics, she brings a structured, detail-focused approach to her role and is currently working towards her ACA qualification.

She holds a BSc in Economics, and completed a placement year at Stellantis, where she worked on financial reporting and marketing for used vehicles. She later joined Lloyds Banking Group, gaining experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and Treasury. Simran is especially proud of having led month-end processes and forecasting initiatives, where she applied her academic knowledge in real-world finance operations.

Outside of work (and revision!), Simran enjoys running, travelling, and cooking – with an annual goal of visiting three new countries. She’s completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks and a half marathon, with a full marathon on the horizon.
